Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has been said to “kill bacteria on contact” (word of mouth, not published studies). For this reason, some people recommend mixing 1 or 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into a glass of water, and gargling it throughout the day, such as once every hour. Some people claim that you can also drink it.
It has been recommended to rinse your mouth out with water after using this so that acid doesn’t damage your teeth.
Sometimes cayenne pepper and honey are mixed into this recipe.
